ARE YOU A VETERAN? NEED SOME YOGA IN YOUR LIFE?

Rising Sun Yoga invites all Veterans to join us for any regularly scheduled class for FREE. Our Monday/Friday 2 PM Vets only classes continue but we want to offer other opportunities to those whose schedules make that time a challenge. Take a look at the class descriptions and weekly schedule and drop in! Any questions, feel free to call George Lanigan (301-707-4883), Viet Nam Vet and certified yoga instructor. If there is sufficient interest George would be happy to lead an evening of introduction to yoga.

WHEN: Mondays + Fridays: 1400-1500
UNIFORM: Gym Shorts/T/sweat pants,
or whatever you are comfortable in.
